At Your Map Art, we offer both digital downloads and physical products. This shipping policy applies to physical products including poster prints, framed prints, canvas wraps, metal prints, and acrylic prints.

Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email and do not require shipping. You can download your high-resolution files immediately after purchase.

International Customs & Duties

We ship to most countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and many others. Our shipping rates are the same regardless of destination.

Important: International orders (outside your country) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our $9.99 shipping cost. Contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees.

Delivery Times

Processing Time

All physical products are handcrafted with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • United States: 3-5 business days after processing via USPS or UPS standard shipping
  • Canada: 7-14 business days after processing
  • United Kingdom: 7-14 business days after processing
  • Australia: 10-21 business days after processing
  • Other International: 10-21 business days after processing

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

Promo Codes & Free Shipping

The free shipping threshold of $99 is calculated based on your order subtotal AFTER applying any promo codes or discounts.

Example 1: Qualifies for Free Shipping

  • Cart Subtotal: $110.00
  • Promo Code (10% off): -$11.00
  • After-Discount Subtotal: $99.00
  • Shipping: FREE (meets $99 threshold)

Example 2: Does Not Qualify for Free Shipping

  • Cart Subtotal: $110.00
  • Promo Code (20% off): -$22.00
  • After-Discount Subtotal: $88.00
  • Shipping: $9.99 (below $99 threshold)

Digital Products

Digital downloads do not require shipping and are not subject to shipping charges:

  • Delivered instantly via email after purchase
  • High-resolution PNG and PDF files included
  • No shipping address required
  • Available for immediate download from your account dashboard
  • Can be re-downloaded at any time from your order history

Mixed Orders (Digital + Physical)

If your order contains both digital downloads and physical products:

  • Digital files are delivered instantly via email
  • Physical products ship within 3-5 business days
  • Shipping charges apply based on the total order value (including both digital and physical items)
  • You can start enjoying your digital downloads while waiting for physical products to arrive

Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

While rare, sometimes packages are lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at our contact page and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately - we may be able to update it if the order has not yet shipped.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we will contact you about reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
